BIO.

Born in Rome in 1984, i began studying piano with Cinzia Bartoli with which i graduated brilliantly in "Conservatorio Santa Cecilia" in Rome.

Meantime i attended some Piano masterclasses with M° Cristina Ortiz and with M° Roberto Cappello.
I graduate with honors in Composition at the Conservatory “A. Casella” de L'Aquila with Claudio Perugini. 

I achieve the "Master of Arts" course in Composition and Theory at the “Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana (Lugano)”, with Nadir Vassena, Giovanni Verrando and Sylviane Sapir.

 

I also attended many Masterclasses and Workshops of Composition, Analysis and Electronic Music with Claudio Perugini, Massimo Munari, Stefano Mingo, Flavia Tomasso, Fabio Vacchi, Alessandro Solbiati, Andrea Agostini, Gabriele Manca, Giampaolo Testoni, Paolo Rotili,Wojciech Widlak, Emilio Caladin Hernandez, Christian Cassinelli, Federico Placidi, Salvatore Sciarrino, Franck Bedrossian, Barbara Maurer, Mats Scheidegger, Daniele Ghisi, José Maria Sánchez-Verdù, Luca Martegani, Bun-Ching Lam, Shaosheng Li, Deqing Wen, Chong Kee Yong, Ingrid Stölzel, Antonio Politano, Dieter Mack, Moritz Ernst.

Always interested in other cultures and music, my own research is therefore based on trans-cultural experiences where eastern and western traditions and philosophies are melted in a unique entity.

The result of these processes, where are often involved extra-musical concepts, is a sonic action where all musical aspects are pushed to perception limits, in order to create new world of sound, never heard before.

 

My music has been performed in Italy, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand.

 

In 2010 i won the 1st prize in Composition section at the 10th International Competition of Music “Leopoldo Mugnone”.

In 2016 i am finalist in “Enescu Composition Competition”.

In 2017 i am finalist in “13th Thailand International Composition Festival”.

In 2018 i won the 1st prize in "3rd International Composition Competition Bruno Serri".
